Grounds are immaculate great curb appeal. Staff is friendly and professional, when there’s an issue they get right on it.

|Recommended: YesVery Pleasant, Comfortable, Relaxed and met all our needs. — Meets all needs very professionally and Amy does a great job juggling a lot of details for the community. Garage units are awesome and making parking a non-issue. Pool is a great amenity for weekend and meeting some neighbors, hanging out. Love this part of Columbia for nice restaurants and all shopping needs awas from bustle of downtown Columbia. And still can go downtown as needed.

Love our floor plan, walk in closets, roomy bathrooms, friendly staff, great service by staff and maintenance. love our large attached garage. VERY QUIET. WILL RECOMMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR APARTMENT. WILL DESIGNED FLOOR PLANS. WE SPEND WINTER IN FLORIDA BUT LORD WILLING LOOK FORWARD TO NEXT APRIL

|Recommended: YesKelly Highlands is a wonderful place to live, the apartments are beautifully designed, and everything is in perfect working condition. The grounds of the facility are very clean and it is always so quiet. No smoking policy is great. I am lucky to have my own garage with direct access to my apartment which makes it very convenient and safe. I really enjoy living here and recommend to anyone looking for a safe and beautiful and exceptionally well located rental in Columbia.
