|Recommended: YesGreat location — Kelly Highlands is amazing From the location, to the great staff, to the modern apartments. The only thing that I wish would get better is the noise from the garages.

The garage door opener sound we generally liken to how you might know someone is home in a single family house. We have taken steps to insulate the sound of the openers, but we unfortunately do not have a way to silence it completely. If you would like, we would be happy to have our maintenance staff see if there is anything that might not be functioning properly with the door opener in question. We're here to help in any way we can!
|Recommended: YesBeautiful Grounds, Modern Units, Attentive and Friendly Staff — My family has been living in Kelly Highlands for about a year and we are extremely saddened that we have to relocate. A friend who visited us recently remarked that she wishes she could literally pick up our place and put it in her city. I feel the same exact way I hate to leave this place.
We found the staff to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly from the time we first toured the property through the end of lease process. The office staff and maintenance crew have been continually attentive and addressed all if any issues in a timely manner.
The grounds overall are kept clean and are quite beautiful. We absolutely love the 2 bed, 2 bed unit that we have. The unit is spacious and has lots of light with all of the modern amenities. We especially love the hardwood floors, crown molding throughout and stainless steel appliances. We toured other no-student, high-end complexes when moving here and Kelly Highlands one blew the others way out of the water.

|Recommended: YesGreat location, amenities, and price — Apartments are great. There aren't any that are better than Kelly Highlands for the price. Location is great. Close to everything. Nice appliances, counter tops, bathroom is pretty big, bedrooms and closets are spacious. Lise and Amy are great and always very helpful. Maintenance is fast and everything gets fixed the same day. I am very happy with Kelly Highlands.

|Recommended: YesGreat property, clean, well-maintained — Kelly Highlands is well worth the extra rent - great, new, amenities with well-maintained grounds and the only property I could find that actually allows large over 30 lb dogs The garages are a major plus, too.

|Recommended: YesQuiet and comfortable place to call home — The apartments are very nice, comfortable and quiet I can barely hear my neighbors around me. Being able to enjoy the apartment like home is perfect and my dogs enjoy it as well. I've gotten to know several people their dogs w in the Kelly Highlands community and even surrounding neighborhood individuals as I walk the dogs . Even with construction still going on, its been a great place to live, with added amenities as they get completed and Amy Lise are always pleasant to speak with.
