|Recommended: YesWell designed, well managed and wonderful place to live. — I looked at every complex in town before deciding on Kelly Highlands, this was the first complex to think of the minor details in the build out of the apartments. These were well designed and well built. The management is not some huge conglomerate, its the same familiar faces taking care of all of your needs. The maintenance staff is insanely quick to respond. If you are looking for a high quality, and well managed apartment complex, look no further than Kelly Highlands. You won't regret it.

|Recommended: YesJust Renewed — I thought I'd live at the Highlands for a few months and eventually move into something more permanent. Little did I know this was my long-term housing solution. It's a great complex, well built, helpful staff and very responsive on any maintenance items. I just renewed my lease, 90-days in advance, for another year. It was an easy decision that I was more than happy to make.

|Recommended: YesThe Ritz of apartments in Columbia — WOW is all I have to say after finally moving in. Kelly Highlands blows my previous residence out of the park. Fine attention to every detail inside. The manager and leasing staff are superb as well as the maintenance and groundsman. 5 stars is simply not enough, more like 10 stars. The attached garages are money in the bank. Look no further.....you've found your new home

|Recommended: YesWouldn't want to live anywhere else — I love my spacious one bedroom one bathroom apartment I must say that Kelly Highlands stole my attention with the open concept floor plans, which is certainly a rare finding in apartment homes. I do have a garage so parking is not an issue for me but I suppose it could be for those without. I recommend anyone who is looking for a beautiful and safe complex, come tour Kelly Highlands you will fall in love

|Recommended: YesBeautiful places — Love my apartment. It's beautiful and spacious. Only thing I don't like is the parking as I don't have an attached garage and finding parking close to my units entrance is rare. This is an annoyance when carrying on groceries, especially since I live on the 3rd floor.
